The first outing with the griddle! Pork Steak and ciabbata and cheese, on a handfull of bbq coals as there was no wood, but worked even better i thinks.
and ive still got 4.5kg of charcoal to play with for next time! :-)
and can use big rocks as plates! So much better than burgers on a stick.
